摘要
以ZrOCl2·8H2O为起始原料,通过溶胶-凝胶技术制备了ZrO2陶瓷膜。使用DTA、XRD以及SEM等测试手段对其结构进行了分析,同时研究了SiO2对ZrO2陶瓷膜烧结行为的影响。结果表明:ZrO2陶瓷膜具有高度的择优取向特征;膜烧结过程存在ZrO2晶相转变,430°C左右ZrO2四方相开始析晶形成,550~750°C温度区域逐渐转变为单斜相;引入SiO2后ZrO2四方相一直到1350°C才转变为单斜相,表现为引入SiO2抑制了ZrO2晶相转变,提高了ZrO2陶瓷膜的结构完整性。
ZrO 2 ceramic membrane was derived from wet chemistry method using ZrOCl 2·8H 2O as starting material.The structure of ZrO 2 ceramic membrane was characterized by DTA,XRD and SEM analysis.The influence of introduction of SiO 2 into ZrO 2 matrix upon the sintering behavior of ZrO 2 ceramic membrane was also studied.The results showed that ZrO 2 ceramic membrane was highly preferably oriented in the direction of (111) plane.During sintering,there occurred the phase evolution of tetra to mono ZrO 2,which was suppressed by introducing SiO 2 into ZrO 2 matrix indicating that the phase transformation of tetra to mono ZrO 2 was greatly affected by the second phase SiO 2.
