摘要
随着网络的广泛普及,网络舆论已经成为社会舆论不可或缺的重要组成部分。网络舆论有四个基本特征:是舆论隐蔽性和舆论公开性的统一,舆论稳定性和舆论易逝性的统一,舆论真实性和舆论虚假性的统一,舆论广泛性和舆论狭隘性的统一。
With the popularization of the Intemet, consensus on the Intemet has become an indispensable and important part of social consensus. It has four characteristics： the unification of covertness and overtness; unification of stability and transience; unification of truthfulness and falseness; unification of universality and narrowness.
