摘要 超分散剂在磁粉表面的吸附量由其锚固基团和溶剂化链共同决定。以羟基为锚固基团的超分散剂的吸附量较小,以胺基为锚固基团的超分散剂的吸附量受胺的种类和大小影响较大;聚己内酯溶剂化链的相对分子质量过小会形成超分散剂的多层吸附,相对分子质量过大则会使溶剂化链发生蜷曲。 The adsorption behavior of hyperdispersants with poly ε caprolactone solvatable chain on acicular magnetic particles was investigated. The amount of adsorbed hyperdispersants was affected by both the type of the anchoring group and the molecular weight of the solvatable chain. The adsorption amount was lower when the anchoring group was a hydroxy. The solvatable chain with small molecular weight resulted in multi layer adsorption while too large molecular weight caused the coiling of the solvatable chain.
