摘要
将香石竹的茎尖作为外植体,分别接种于添加不同量细胞分裂素(6-BA或KT)及生长素(NAA)的MS琼脂培养基上。结果表明,培养基中如果只添加6-BA或KT,当两者浓度分别在(0.01~0.5)mg/L和(0.01-1)mg/L时,对芽的产生起促进作用;在大于0.5mg/L和lmg/L时,则抑制芽的产生。培养基中同时加入NAA和6-BA或KT,在NAA的量小于6-BA或NAA和KT时,利于芽的形成和生长,对芽的诱导效果优于仅用细胞分裂素。最佳的浓度比例为1:2(NAA:6-BA或KT),最佳的组合是0.5mg/LNAA和1mg/L6-BA。
n vitro culture, the effect of growth regulator on the regeneration of buds on the stemapex of Dianthus was investigated. When only 6-BA or KT was put into the medium withseparate concentration of (0. 01- 0.5)mg/L and (0. 01 —1)mg/L,it promoted bud's regen-eration ; If separate concentration was more than 0. 5mg/L and 1mg/L,it suppressed bud'sregeneration. When NAA was put into the medium with 6-BA or KT,if the concentrationof the former was less than that of the latter,the regeneration and growth of bud was pro-moted. The inducing effect to bud of combination was superior to that of 6-BA or KT wasused solely. The best proportion was about 1: 2 (NAA: 6-BA or KT),the optimum combina-tion was NAA 0. 5mg/L and 6-BA 1mg/L.
