摘要
以江苏省为例,收集了1978～2006年的多方面数据,指出城乡收入差距是引起人口流动的原因,以三大产业为切入点,讨论了农村人口流动与就业的相关关系,并且从三大产业以及劳动者本身两方面给出建议,促使农村人口流动与就业协调发展。
In this paper,Jiangsu Province being taken as an example,it was pointed out that the reason causing population flow was the income gap between urban and rural areas.The data in this paper was collected from 1978 to 2006.And also the relevant relation between population floating in the countryside and employment on the breakthrough of the three major industries was mainly discussed and suggestion was put forward from two aspects of three major industries and the labourer to make population flow and employment develop quickly.
