摘要
对不同日龄的广西黄鸡胚蛋的卵白、卵黄,胚胎中粗蛋白,尿囊液中的尿素氮含量进行了测定,结果表明,这些指标呈一定规律性变化:前期卵黄、卵白中蛋白质含量稳定,卵白中蛋白质在孵化的第9和12天胚龄含量较高,之后极显著下降。卵黄中的粗蛋白质含量呈逐渐增加的趋势。胚胎中的粗蛋白含量从9~12d胚龄显著降低;尿囊液中尿素氮的含量在12~21d胚龄迅速增加,21d胚龄达到最高水平。说明蛋白在中期转移最多,后期利用率较低。
A test were made on Guang xi yellow chick embryo for the content of crude protein and carbamide during the incubation;The results were showed:The changes of those index are regular patter.①The changes of the content of crude protein in yolk and albumen were not significant(P〉0.05) at the beginning of incubation.But the content of the crude protein in albumen has a higher level at 9th and 12th embryonic age;and it had significant decrease during 12~21embryonic age.But the content of the crude protein in yolk were increased significantly from the 15th to the 21th embryonic age.From the 9th to the 12th embryonic age,the degrade about the content of crude protein in the embryo were decreased significant(P〈0.05),and it had little decrease during 12~21th embryonic age.②During 12~21th embryonic age,the content of urea nitrogen in allantoic fluid were increased quickly,and reached the highest level at the 21th embryonic age.it states that protein metabolism is higher on intermediate stage,utilization rate of
protein is lower at later period.
