摘要
[目的]为考察TMP对SMM的抗菌增效作用。[方法]对SMM的单一药物及SMM与TMP配合成的复方制剂(CO.SMM)分别对7种病原菌进行药物敏感试验。[结果]单方SMM注射液对大肠杆菌、猪巴氏杆菌、李氏杆菌、禽沙门氏杆菌、猪链球菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为:62.50、500.00、500.00、1000.00、1000.00μg/ml,CO.SMM注射液对以上5株菌的最小抑菌浓度分别为:0.98、1.95、1.95、15.60、250.0μg/ml,单方SMM注射液对禽巴氏杆菌没有抑菌作用,而CO.SMM注射液的最小抑菌浓度为0.49μg/ml;单方SMM和CO.SMM注射液对猪丹毒杆菌均无作用。[结论]CO.SMM注射液与单方SMM注射液相比具有复方增效和广谱高效抗感染的作用。
Objective:To measure the minimal inhibitory concentration of Single SMM and CO.SMM injection,7 routine-pathogens were investigated in vitro.Result:The minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of Single SMM(CO.SMM) against Escherichia coli,Porcine Pastuerella multocida,Listeria monocytogenes,Avian Samonnella bacillu,Porcine Streptococcus was as follows,respectively:62.5 μg/ml(0.98 μg/ml),500 μg/ml(1.95 μg/ml),500 μg/ml(1.95 μg/ml),1 000 μg/ml(15.6 μg/ml),1 000 μg/ml(250 μg/ml).Single SMM had no action against Avian Pastuerella Multocida,however the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC) of CO.SMM was 0.49 μg/ml.Single SMM and CO.SMM Injection had no action against Erysipelas bacillu.CO.SMM injection showed more potential antibacterial effect than Single SMM injection.
