摘要
本文以三个人肿瘤细胞株为模型,分析了顺序、剂量和时间等因素对γ-干扰素和β-肿瘤坏死因子联合抗肿瘤细胞增殖的影响.结果表明:(1)γ-干扰素和β-肿瘤坏死因子同时处理细胞具有很好的协同抗增殖作用;(2)一个因子继以另一因子的处理效果不及双因子同时处理,以先用β-肿瘤坏死因子处理,再用γ-干扰素处理的效果相对最差;(3)坑增殖效应与处理时间和作用剂量直接相关;(4)每次lh,隔日一次,每周三次的间歇性处理与24h连续处理同样有效本文结果为临床设计肿瘤的治疗方案提供了一定的实验依据.
Utilizing three human tumor cell lines as models, we analyze the effects ofsequence, dose and time on the antiproliferative activity of combinations ofβ-TNF andγ-IFN. The results indicate that : (l) Simultaneous treating with γ-IFN andβ-TNF resultsin the maximal alltipraliferative effect, (2) Exposing the cells to β-TNF before to γ-IFN re-sults in the least inhibition in cell growth; (3) Growth-inhibition effects of each treatmelltgroup are related directly to the time and dose of exposure; (4) lh exposure every other dayto the combinatiofy three times a week is as effective as 24h continual exposure. We wishour works could provide some experimental basis for the clinical use ofβ-TNF andγ-lFN.
