摘要
基于静电力测量原理,设计了一种簧片扭摆弱力测量系统,对其进行了结构特性分析和误差分析.利用簧片悬挂一维扭摆,并结合电容微位移传感技术,开展了弱力测量装置的研制.初步实验结果表明,在1600μN的动态范围内,所设计的簧片扭摆弱力测量系统的测量精度达到0.11μN,它主要受到系统检测电路噪声的限制.
Using torsional pendulum to measure weak force is designed based on the principle of electrostatic force measurement. The error and the structure of the system are analyzed. Using torsional pendulum to measure weak force is developed in combination with a capacitance transducer, and the results show that the resolution comes to 0. 11 μN with a dynamic range of 1 600 μN, which is restricted mainly by electrical noise.
