摘要
活性碱NPS-2是白色或无色粒状商品,1%溶液pH值为10。考察了由NPS-2和HPAMHTP(分子量2、85×10^7,水解度22、0%)组成的碱聚二元体系63℃、7.34s^-1下的黏度性能。8.0g/LNPS-2+1.5g/LHTP蒸馏水溶液,在63℃、曝气或无氧条件下老化60天,黏度损失分别为91%和25%。在很宽的加量范围考察外加各种阳离子对该二元溶液曝气3小时的黏度的影响,50mg/L的Ca^2+、Mg^2+、Ca^2+Mg^2+(1:1)和10mg/L的Fe^2+使黏度分别下降66.9%、73.4%、76.3%和87.4%;Ca^2+、Mg^2+可与NPS-2反应生成沉淀;Fe^2+在较低浓度时使黏度升高,较高浓度时使黏度下降。该二元溶液剪切后的黏度,随30001/s剪切时间延长(0.5~9.0min)而下降,静置(4h)后黏度恢复幅度则大体相同,剪切5min后黏度随剪切速率增加(1000~50001/s)而下降,≥40001/s时黏度不再能恢复。含1.5g/L HTP的二元溶液的黏度随NPS-2浓度的增加(0~15g/L)而持续下降,不同NPS-2浓度(6、0~12.5g/L)的二元溶液的黏度随温度升高(30-80℃)大体上呈直线下降。图8参5。
"Active alkaline" NPS-2 is a commercial white colored or colorless particulated product, its 1% solution has pH= 10. The apparent viscosity,μa, at 63℃ and 7.34 1/s is investigated for aqueous alkaline/polymer bicomponent system NPS-2 + HTP, the later is an HPAM polymer of M = 2.85×10^7 and HD = 22.0 %. For 8.0 g/L NPS-2 + 1.5 g/L HTP solution in distilled water, aged at 63℃ in air or in an oxygen free medium in 60 days, the μa loss is of 91% and 25%, respectively. In experiments for μa value of this solution with various cations added in wide ranges of dosages and exposured in air for 3 days, it is shown that Ca^2+ ,Mg^2+ , and Ca^2+ + Mg^2+ (1:1) of concentration 50 mg/L and Fe^2+ of concentration 10 mg/L result in a decrease in μa of 66.9%, 73.4 %, 76.3%, and 87.4%, respectively; Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ react with NPS-2 to create precipitates;Fe^3+ causes μa enhancement at lower concentrations and reduces μa at higher concentrations. The μa value of the NPS-2/HTP solution continuously decreases with increasing shearing time from 0.5 to 9.0 min at shearing rate 3000 1/s and recoveries in 4 min of standing by a similar amptitude and decreases with increasing shear rate from 1000 to 5000 1/s in 5 min shearing and does not recovery at shear rate ≥4000 1/s. The/q value of NPS-2/HTP solution containing 1.5 g HTP per liter decreases with increasing NPS-2 concentration from 0 to 15 g/L and that of the solution of various NPS-2 concentration, 6.0-12.5 g/L, decreases practically linearly with raising temperature from 30℃ to 80℃.
