摘要
采用催化精馏技术处理稀醋酸溶液,以乙醇为反应物,使醋酸转化为醋酸乙酯。催化剂选用自制的填料型SO42-/Al2O3-Al固体酸催化剂,实验考察了回流比、醇酸比、乙醇进料流量、稀醋酸浓度等因素对催化精馏过程的影响。
In order to recover the acetic acid from its dilute aqueous solutions, the synthesis of ethyl acetate of an aqueous solution of acetic acid with ethanol was studied in a catalytic distillation column, where the catalysts were SO4^2-/Al2O3 -Al solid acid catalyst packing made by ourselves. The effect of various parameters, e.g. reflux ratio, mole ratio of the reactants, ethanol feed flowrate and concentration of dilute acetic acid were studied.
