摘要
目的:观察脊柱微调手法为主治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的治疗作用及对颈椎动脉痉挛指数和寰枢关节的位移指数的影响。方法:随机对该病门诊及住院确诊患者采用脊柱微调手法为主治疗或口服西比灵胶囊治疗,观察并记录治疗前后两组的症状评分、颈椎动脉痉挛指数(RI)、寰枢关节的位移指数(ADI)进行比较。结果:①两组治疗后临床症状积分均明显改善,两组间有统计学差异(P<0.05);②两组治疗后颈椎动脉痉挛指数均明显改善,两组间有统计学差异(P<0.05);③治疗组治疗后寰枢关节的位移指数有明显改善,对照组无明显改善,两组间有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:脊柱微调手法为主治疗椎动脉型颈椎病可明显改善临床症状、体征、颈椎动脉痉挛指数和寰枢关节的位移指数。
Objective： To investigate the treatment of spinal mainly fine-tuning tactics of cervical vertebral artery disease and treatment of cervical artery spasm index and the displacement of atlantoaxial joints index impact. Methods： Random disease patients and in-patients diagnosed patients with spinal trimming practices Treatment or oral West than Capsule treatment, Observe and record the treatment of the two groups before and after the symptom score, cervical artery spasm index （RI） , the displacement of atlantoaxial joints index （ADD for comparison. Results： ①two points after treatment clinical symptoms were significantly improved, a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05） ; ②two groups after treatment of cervical artery spasm index were significantly improved, a significant difference between the two groups （P〈 0.05） ; ③After treatment atlantoaxial joint displacement index improved significantly, the control group was not improved, a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treatment of spinal trimming practices of cervical vertebral artery disease could significantly improve the clinical symptoms, signs, cervical artery spasm index and the displacement of atlantoaxial joints index.
