摘要
主要从住院天数、医疗费用等方面对临床路径组和传统治疗组进行科学的对比分析研究,客观地评价实施临床路径的应用效果,并对临床路径进行SWOT分析,为进一步推广及扩大临床路径的种类、有效地控制医疗费用增长、科学地测算单病种成本提供理论依据。
Compare two groups of clinical pathway with traditional treatment group on length of stay and medical expenditure. The purpose of this study is to evaluate their effectiveness after implemented the clinical pathway treatment group. The SWOT analysis had been applied in this method. It is beneficial in order to extend tile type of clinical pathway, control the increase of medical expenditure, as well as calculate the cost of single disease.
