摘要
根据目前物流人才多层次需求结构的状况,指出高素质人才是现代物流业发展的关键因素。文中明确了物流管理本科专业教学应该以KAQ目标为导向,实施知识、能力和素质三位一体的人才综合教育培养模式。分析了市场经济发展的物流管理人才需求变化,并对物流管理专业人才的知识、能力和素质的需求结构进行了分析,最后讨论了对现有的教学模式进行改革和创新的策略。
lligh-quality talent is critical to developing modern logistics industry based on the present multi-level demand structure for logistics talent. An omnibus training mode is demonstrated for undergraduate education of logistics management major which is KAQ-orfented and to implement knowledge, ability and quality in the trinity. Demanding changes and structure are analyzed in market economy, and and innovation for existing teaching mode are discussed in the end.
