我国推出股指期货的条件已基本成熟,预期股指期货的利弊效应,借鉴美日等国的经验,微观上谨慎设计交易机制,宏观上注重监管与风险规避,股指期货将促进我国资本市场的成熟与完善。
The conditions for China＇s launching stock index futures are basically ripe. To predict the pros and cons of index futures, we should learn the experience from the United States and Japan, and other countries, make micro - design for the exchange mechanism prudently and, take macro - focus on risk aversion to promote China＇s capital market to maturity and perfection.
