摘要
动作的速度、幅度、用力强弱和时间的长短、肌肉的紧张与放松等方面所表现出的时间间隔是节奏形成的基本条件。虽然4种泳式的动作结构不同,但肌肉用力的大小和强弱均表现出很强的节奏特征。结合游泳运动项目的专项特征,通过8周有针对性的节奏训练,提出对青少年游泳运动员进行节奏训练的具体方法。
Muscle rhythm was affected by many factors including speed, scope, force,and time duration ot action, and even the intensity of muscles. Although there were differences in the structures of actions among the four styles of swimming, there were obvious rhythm characteristics in the force of muscles. This paper was intended to put forward concrete methods characteristics of swimming and the eight-week of rhythm-training for adolescent athletes, based upon the practical rhythm-training.
