摘要
目的对145例斑秃患者发病情况分析及治疗效果评价。方法采用问卷调查方式对门诊就诊的145例斑秃患者进行调查,收集斑秃患者发病可能或伴发因素,并根据调查及临床检查结果对145例斑秃患者随机分组,并分别采用斑秃治疗仪(治疗组)和胱氨酸、天麻首乌片口服治疗(对照组)。结果治疗组治愈率为94.2%、有效率为98.1%,对照组治愈率为71.4%、有效率为81.0%。结论斑秃治疗仪治疗斑秃疗效优于对照组。
Objective To study the incidence and therapeutic efficacy of 145 patients with alopecia areata. Methods The possible etiology of 145 alopecia areata patients visited in our OPD was collected by questionnaire investigation, and the therapeutic efficacies of alopecia areata therapia equipment or oral cystinic acid and gastrodiae Gold Theragran were com- pared. Results The curative rate was 94.2% and effective rate was 98.1% in the equipment treated group, while the curative rate was 71.4 % and effective rate was 81.0 % in drug therapy control group. Conclusion Alopecia areata therapeutic equipment will get better therapeutic efficacy than drug therapy in treatment of alopecia areata.
