摘要
本文论述了瞄准角光电检测系统的工作原理与组成、硬件与软件,深入研究了光电耦荷器件(CCD)光敏面上的光电信号分布模型、基于“窗口”概念的数据插值算法、系统的误差及其校正方法等。该系统在0°~5°范围内,测角精度可达2〃。
This paper describes the principle,scheme,hardware,software of the aiming angle optic electric measurement system.It studies the optic electrical signals distribution model of the photo sensitive plane on CCD(Charge Coupled Device),and the data processing method based on“Window”,and the error and its correction of application system.The precision of angle measurement ranging from 0° to 5°is 2 〃,and this system was applied successfully in the aiming angle measurement.
