摘要
利用三坐标测量仪测量弧面分度凸轮廓面的坐标数据,采用优化方法反求凸轮机构运动规律,再解析设计出凸轮廓面,同时利用常规的测量方法测得机构的基本尺寸,就可对弧面分度凸轮机构进行设计与分析。
The Globular Indexing Cam Mechanism can be designed and analyzed by using the convex-profile data measured by the three-coordinates measuring machine, the cam motion rule can be found by reversing optimization method to design the convex-profile, and the basic sizes measured by the usual way were obtained.
