高效液相色谱法测定加味麻杏石甘颗粒剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量

摘要 建立加味麻杏石甘颗粒剂中盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法并测定其含量。采用C18色谱柱,以0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钾(用磷酸调pH至2.5)-甲醇(97:3)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为210nm。盐酸麻黄碱在0.2~1.2μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9986;平均回收率为100.36%,RSD为1.38%(n=5)。 A HPLC method for determining of ephedrine hydrochloride in modified Maxing Shigan granules was established. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase consisted of 0.01 mol/L dipotassium hydrogen phosphate (adjusted pH to 2.5 with H3PO4) -methanol(97: 3), the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 210 nm. The calibration curve was linear at a range of 0.2 - 1.2 μg for the ephedrine hydrochloride( r = 0.998 6) ; The average recovery was 100.36% and RSD was 1.38% (n =5).
