摘要
信息时代所兴起的信息主义,必然也会在技术哲学中体现出来。技术哲学中的信息主义,表现在对技术的定义、技术性认识的特征、技术活动的转型和技术的社会形成等问题的看法上;有信息主义倾向的技术论者,在技术的定义上,视技术为一种特殊的知识体系以及人的意志的某种体现;在技术的认识特征上,视技术为建构我们经验知觉和信息世界的一种"透明"要素;在人的技术活动的类型上,视当代的技术活动从本质上已成为一种处理信息的活动;在技术的社会形成上,视技术为群体协商即信息交往的结果。信息主义视角体现了技术哲学正在走向研究方法与理论成果的多样性和丰富性。
The informationalism arising from information age is inevitably reflected in the philosophy of technology, involving the views on several basic ideas such as the definition of technology, features of technological cognition, transform of technological activities and social form of technology. Informationalists tend to define the technology as a special knowledge system which embodies human will to a certain .extent and characterize the cognition of technology as a ＂transparent＂ element to form human empirical perception and the information world. They actually believe that technological activities have essentially become a kind of information processing ones and regard the social form d technology as nothing but the results of population consultation or information communications. Seeing things in an informationalistic perpective shows that the philosophy of technology is going to diversity and plenty in both research methodology and theoretic achievements.
