摘要
阐释了农村公共产品的内涵,在此基础上,结合中国实际情况,描述了我国农村公共产品供给的现状,探讨了在当前财政紧张的约束条件下,有效促进农村公共产品供给的政策选择,进而提出了一些可供选择的农村公共产品供给的财政政策建议。
This paper discussed the meaning of public goods in rural areas, described the status of the supply of public goods, analyzed policy options of the effective promotion of the supply of public goods, then put forward some suppestions for the supply of public goods in rural areas.
