采用蛋白芯片筛选活动性肺结核血清标志物 被引量：4

摘要 目前全世界约有1/3的人感染了结核，对公共卫生造成严重威胁。有效控制肺结核的关键在于早期诊断，但是现在还缺乏快速、有效的实验室诊断方法。表面增强激光解析-电离-飞行时间质谱（ surface-enhanced laser desorption/ionization of flight-mass spectrometry, SELDI） 是一项蛋白质组学新技术，具有高灵敏度、高通量、高效等优点。
