摘要 硒是人类和动物的一种必需微量元素,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶是生物体内重要的含硒酶,其与多种疾病的发生和发展有密切的关系。子痫前期患者硒含量降低和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性下降,导致机体氧化-抗氧化失衡,产生氧化应激,引起一系列病理变化,同时影响胎儿发育、围生期结局。 Selenium (Se) is one of the essential trace dements in humans. Glutathione Peroxidase is an important selen-enzymes. In preeclampsia, selenium deficiency and decreased activity of glutathione geroxidase result in an imbalance between pro-oxidants and anti-oxidants,oxidative stress and a series of pathologic damage, all of which have bad influence on fetal growth and perinatal outcome.
