磷酸肌酸的心肌保护机制及其在心脏疾病中的应用 被引量:73

摘要 磷酸肌酸作为细胞内的一种高能磷酸化合物,不仅可以在心肌细胞遭受缺血缺氧时为其提供能量,还可以保护心肌细胞膜免受氧自由基等有害物质的侵袭。新的研究发现,磷酸肌酸还可以透过细胞膜抑制膜通透改变孔道的开放保护线粒体,减少细胞凋亡。此外,磷酸肌酸还可以提高左室射血分数,改善心功能,增加冠状动脉流量,改善冠状动脉循环。目前,磷酸肌酸不但应用于体外循环手术中,还应用于治疗心力衰竭、心肌梗死、心律失常、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病。 As a high energie phosphate compound, phosphocreatine supplied the energy when cardiac cell received ischemia or hypoxia and protected cell membrane in order to avoid the injury from oxygen free radical. New study found that phosphocreatine coand penetrate through cell membrane to protect mitochondrion by inhibiting permeability transition pore opening and reduce cell apoptosis. In 'addition, phospheereatine eoand increase left ventricular ejection fraction, promote heart function, increase blood flow of coronary and improve circulation of coronary. Now phospheereatine has been applicated in extracorporeal circulation surgery, heart failur, myoeardiae infarction, arrhythmia and coronary heart disease.
