摘要
国际私法作为高等法学专业核心课程之一,其教学方法的完善及创新较其他课程更显紧迫而且难度较大。现行的主要改进方法各有所长,但就国际私法所特有的课程特点及授课对象而言,应当有一个主导的、切实可行的、基本的教学方法,即逆向教学法。
As one of the 14 core courses for Law Schools in China, international private law finds itself an urgency and difficulty in the improvement of teaching and in disciplinary innovation in comparison with other courses. The presently practiced methodologies vary in advantages and defects. However, as the characteristics of the course and the students are concerned, international private law should be approached through a basic, feasible and leading way of teaching, that is, the adverse methodology.
