摘要
根据陶瓷湿敏元件典型的抗阻特性,分别建立不同的数学模型.通过该数学模型实现了传感器宽量程的线性化输出,大大地提高湿度测量的精度。
A mathematical model for the ceramic humidity sensor is developed. Both the exponential function and power function are used to describe the response characteristics of the sensor. The linearization of the response characteristics of the sensor is realized by solving the mathematical model with univariate regression. The analytical expression for the linear output is derived and verified by experiment. The humidity range within which the relative linear humidity output is achieved is approximately 10 % to 90 % with the full scale relative error less than 3 %.
