摘要
绩效管理体系如何建立是现代企业经营管理的核心问题之一,它不仅在薪酬分配和人才选拔上提供了重要的信息依据,而且对员工有很强的激励约束作用。为适应市场竞争的需要,众多的"企业化管理的事业单位"也理应建立起一套系统、科学、合理的绩效管理模式,从而达到客观、公正、准确地进行绩效管理的目的。该研究汲取了当前先进的绩效管理模式如平衡计分卡、关键业绩指标等,与目前事业单位的现状相结合,从而建立起一套切合事业单位实际的绩效管理模式。
Performance management system is one of the key points of establishing modern enterprise management. It not only provides important information on the distribution of salary, but also incents employees strongly. In order to meet the needs of market competition, many utility en- terprises should set up a kind of systematic , academic and reasonable performance management model. Then it can achieve the goal of carrying on the objective, accurate model. The research also combines the advanced theory of performance management nowadays, such as BSC (Balanced Score Card) , KPI (Key Performance Indication) and so on and tries to establish a set of practical performance management model.
