摘要
我国许多城市属于资源型城市,以不可再生资源为基础的资源型产业在城市经济中占主导地位。当前,随着资源的枯竭,这些城市面临着许多经济和社会问题。对于这些衰退的资源型城市构建和谐社会就显得尤为重要。本文经过分析指出资源型城市构建和谐社会的根本在于可持续发展,并提出了相应的对策建议。
There are many resource--based cities in China, of which the dominant economic is resources industry that is based on the non--repro- ducible resources. At present, the resource-based cities are facing many economic and social problems. It is very necessary for these declined cities to set up harmonious society. This paper advocates it is vital to carry out sustainable development and presents some proposals.
