摘要
用一个三因素三水平的正交实验,以平均粒径为0.287mm的黄砂为输送物料,以物料输送量为考察指标,对自动调整性的Y型送灰器最重要的结构因素管径(D)、静止料层高度(h)和溢料口高度(H)进行了优化实验研究.结果表明,当静止料层高度为1D、溢料口高度为5D时。
The Y shaped ash returning device developed in NLCC, H.U.S.T., is an automatic regulating device for the circulating fluidized bed when the included angle between the solid input and the upward solid delivering tubes is larger than that at which the solids begin to flow automatically. An experimental investigation on the optimal dimensions of the device including the diameter of the delivering tube D , the height of standstill material h , and the height of material overflow outlet H , has been made with an orthogonal test using three levels of three factors with the sands of a mean diameter of 0.287 mm. The experimental results suggest that when h=1D and H=5D, the device gives the best performance.
