摘要
通过分析我国软件外包业务的发展现状,指出在现阶段通过发展对日软件外包带动我国软件产业发展的现实意义所在,并对软件企业如何突破规模瓶颈、人才瓶颈和知识产权障碍提出意见和建议。
This paper firstly analyses the recent development of software outsourcing in China, and then points out the realistic significance of driving the software industry by developing Japan＇,s software outsoureing in China. Finally, puts forward the author＇s opinions and suggestions on how to break through the scale bottleneck, talent bottleneck and intellectual property obstacle.
