摘要
研制了一个用于发动机燃烧过程监测和分析的光电测量系统,包括一个以镀膜蓝宝石棒为传感头的光纤燃烧传感器,一套以光电倍增管PMT为光探测器的检测电路和一套数据采集分析系统.应用这个系统在一台汽油机上进行了实际测量.实验表明,光学法可以准确地测出发动机燃烧过程的时间参数。
An opto electronic measuring system is developed for the monitoring and analysis of the combustion process in an engine. It consists of a fiber optic combustion sensor with a filmed sapphire probe, a measuring circuit with PMT as the photodetector pickoff and the data acquisition and analysis softwares. The system has been used in a petrol engine for practical measurement. The results obtained show that the time parameters of the combustion process can be accurately measured with the optic method. From the characteristics of light intensity variation, the relationship between the uniformity of gas mixture and the cycle to cycle fluctuation during combustion can be obtained.
