摘要
从对任一动点的动量矩定理出发,导出了一般情况下对速度瞬心的动量矩定理.
By gathering up the results from ten years theoretic research and practical experience and analyzing the problems in the planning of urban earthquake resistance and disaster prevention, this paper presents new planning techniques for earthquake resistance and disaster prevention of Kaifeng City. In compiling the plan of urban earthquake resistance and disaster prevention of Kaifeng City, combing the characteristic of the city and taking advantage of recent research, the comprehensive prevention for earthquake disaster, disaster management, simulation and simulationbased control methods are introduced. This is a breakthrough to the theory of urban earthquake resistance and disaster prevention.
