卟啉、酞菁化合物荧光量子产率的溶剂效应

摘要 测定了大环共轭体系卟啉和酞菁在11种溶剂中的荧光光谱,发现体系的最大荧光发射波长λmax受溶剂的影响较小,而荧光量子产率受溶剂的影响较大在非质子性溶剂中,两种化合物的荧光量子产率和溶剂极性参数间存在一定的线性关系.在质子性溶剂中,化合物的荧光量子产率相对于在非质子性溶剂中降低很多。 The fluorescence spectra of porphyrin and phthalocyanine in eleven solvents were determined.It was found that the maximum wavelength of the fluorescence emission was barely affected by the solvent,but the fluorescence quantum yield of the porpyrin and phthalocyanine was affected by the solvent greatly.It varied linearly with the polarity parameters of the solvents.The fluorescence quantum yield decreased greatly in protonic solvent compared with that in nonprotonic solvents.This may be ascribed to the formation of hydrogen bonds between solvent and porphyrin or phthalocyanine.
