摘要
简要介绍了分形与分维的基本概念，着重说明了紊流的分形特征以及国内外学者利用分形理论进行紊流研究的现状和趋势，并进一步指出分形。
The basic concept of fractal and fractional dimension is introduced. The fractal characteristic of turbulence and the application of fractal theory in turbulence study are emphatically illustrated. Finally, it is pointed out that the new theory of fractal and chaos might lead to great prograss in the study of turbulence.
