摘要
目的:探讨粒子刀联合参一胶囊(Rg3)治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效。方法:将66例晚期NSCLC患者随机分成两组,①单纯粒子刀组:按相应标准放疗处理;②联合治疗组:粒子刀联合Rg3治疗。结果:单纯粒子刀组有效率为39.7%(13/33),联合治疗组有效率为48.5%(16/33),后者显著优于前者(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合治疗组生活质量良好的病例数增加明显。联合治疗组不良反应轻于单纯粒子刀组。结论:粒子刀联合Rg3治疗晚期NSCLC是有效的,Rg3抗肿瘤作用强、安全、无毒、副作用小,可增强放疗作用、减轻放疗副作用,是晚期NSCLC患者的理想治疗药物。
Objective： To study the curative effect of Rg3 combined with particle knife in the treatment of NSCLC in late period. Methods： 66 patients with NSCLC were randomized into two groups,33 patients in particle knife group received standard radiotherapy and 33 patients in combination group treated with both standard radiotherapy and Rg3.The effects were evaluated when two periods of treatment, Results： The effect rates of particle knife group and combination group were 39.7%（13/33） and 48.5%（16/33） respectively （P〈0.05）.The proportion of living quality of particle knife group was better than combination group （P〈0.05）. The common side-effects of combination group were less serious than particle knife group. Conclusion： Rg3 combined with particle knife is an effective method for late NSCLC. Rg3 has a good effect of anti-tumor, is safe and non-toxic with few side-effects.It can enhance the radiotherapy effect and relieve the radiotherapy side-effects, and it is the ideal medicine for late NSCLC.
