摘要
目的研究全麻复合硬膜外阻滞对老年高血压病人术中血液动力学的调控作用。方法选择行上腹部手术合并高血压病的老年病人58例,随机分为AB两组,每组各29例,A组(观察组)选择全麻复合硬膜外阻滞,B组(对照组)选择单纯全麻,观察两组病人术中不同时段的血液动力学变化。结果A组病人术中血压平稳程度明显优于B组(P<0.05)。结论全麻复合硬膜外阻滞对于老年高血压病人的手术是一种很好的麻醉选择。
Objective To investigate the regulated effect general anesthesia with epidural block. Methods 58 elderly ofintraoperative blood dynamics in elderly patients by hypertensive patients performed epigastrium surgeries were randomly classified into two groups; general anesthesia with epidural block were used in group A （29,observation group）,and only general anesthesia, in group B （29,control group）.The serial changes of the blood dynamics between the two groups were studied during operating.Results The stability of group A＇s blood pressure was significantly better than that of group B＇ s （P〈 0.05 ）.Conclusion General anesthesia with epidural block is an ideal choice for the procedures on elderly patients with hypertension.
