摘要
目的评价葛根素注射液在不稳定心绞痛中的疗效及应用价值。方法选择2004年4月-2006年10月间就诊的不稳定型心绞痛患者6 6例,随机分两组。常规治疗组给予消心痛、阿司匹林、倍他乐克、硫氮卓酮等治疗,疗程4周;葛根素组在常规治疗基础上加用葛根素注射液静脉滴注,疗程10d。治疗前、治疗后10d及治疗后4周,测18导联心电图及抽血检查血常规、肝功、肾功、电解质、血脂、凝血象等。结果心绞痛缓解方面:常规治疗组有效率为80.0%,葛根素组为93.5%,两组间比较P<0.05。心电图改善方面:常规治疗组有效率为82.9%,葛根素组为96.8%,两组间比较P<0.01。而血常规、肝功、肾功、电解质、血脂、凝血象等无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论葛根素注射液治疗不稳定心绞痛疗效确切,毒副作用少,是较为理想的治疗方法。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and the value of the treatment of the unstable angina pectoris（UAP） with puerarin injection. Methods 66 inpatients of UAP,diagnosed in our hospital emergency department between April 2004 and October 2006,were divided into two groups randomly.The normal control group were given sorbide nitrate 、 aspirinum 、metoprolol and diltiazem for 4 weeks;and the active group were given the Puerarin Injection too at the same time for 10 days.At the beginning and the 10 days and the 4 weeks later of the treatment,the 18 leads EKG and the blood routine test、 blood biochemistry test and the coagulation function were taken. Results The improve of the Angina Pectoris in the active group was greater than the normal control group （P〈0.05）;the improve of the EKG was obviously great（P〈0.01）; but the examination of the blood of the two groups were not. Conclusion Puerarin Injection had stable effect on the treatment of the UAP and the adverse reaction was minimal.
