摘要
目的：探讨腹腔镜下子宫全切除术的治疗效果及安全性。方法：回顾分析2006年8月至2007年4月经腹腔镜行子宫全切除术28例患者的临床资料。结果：所有病例均在腹腔镜下完成手术，无一例中转开腹，无手术并发症，手术时间130—300min，平均（180±18）min，术中出血20—400m]，平均（116±10）ml。结论：腹腔镜下子宫全切除术是一种安全、有效的手术方式。
Objective：To investigate the effects and safety of total laparoseopic hysterectomy（TLH）, Methods：The clinical data of 28 patients received total laparoscopic hysterectomy were reviewed retrospectively from Aug. 2006 to Apr. 2007, Results： Of the 28 cases who underwent TLH, none was converted to laparotomy. The operating time was 130-300min, average （ 180 ± 18 ） min. The intraoperative blood loss was 20-400ml, average （116± 10）ml. Conelasions：TLH is a safe and effective procedure.
