摘要
为填补国内市场空白,以乙酰乙酸乙酯、钠为原料;通过关环、脱氢等反应,高产率地合成了3,6-二甲基哒嗪.该方法步骤短,收率高,是合成3,6-二甲基哒嗪的一种简捷方法.
In order to resolve the problem which 3,6--dimethylpyridazine can＇t be bought from domestic market, we prepare this compound by three steps from CH3COCH2COOCH2CH3 via cyclization with hydrazine hydrate and dehydrogenation reactions. The synthetic route is a excellent method to 3, 6--dimethylpyridazine. Its structure was characterized by^1 H NMR and MS--ESI.
