摘要
在化学法7-ACA生产中,色级是制约产品质量的重要指标。通过对7-ACA生产过程中关键工艺操作点进行摸索和分析实验,提出工艺操作点在溶剂质量、用量以及终点控制上的改进措施。
In the production of 7-Aminocephalosporanic acid with chemical process, the color level is the key index to restrict the product quality. Some improving methods of operation condition on the quality and volume of the solvent and the end-point control have been put forward through making the experiments and analyzing the key operation condition of 7-Aminocephalosporanic acid production.
