摘要
目的评价18F标记的脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG)正电子发射断层扫描与CT扫描融合显像(PET/CT)在恶性肿瘤患者临床诊断中的应用。方法对113例恶性肿瘤患者进行18F-FDG PET/CT显像并评价显像效果,所有患者病情均经病理或临床证实。结果18F-FDG PET/CT显像发现113例患者恶性肿瘤及转移病灶387处;PET和CT均有肯定诊断的转移病灶306个。CT还独立发现91例患者的良性病灶296处。结论18F-FDG PET/CT显像对恶性肿瘤及肿瘤转移病灶具有较高的诊断价值。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of ^18F-FDG PET/CT in the detection of malignancy and metastases. Methods ^18 F-FDG PET/CT imaging was performed in 113 patients with various tumors proved pathologically or clinically. Results 387 malignant（primary） and metastatic lesions in 113 cases were detected by PET/CT. 296 benign lesion was detected independently by CT. Conclusion ^18F-FDG PET/CT is a valuable diagnostic tool in detecting malignant tumors,including primary and metastatic lesions.
