机械通气治疗危重哮喘的体会 被引量:3

摘要 目的为探讨机械通气治疗危重哮喘的体会。方法对21例危重哮喘患者及时使用低潮气量、低呼气末正压通气(PEEP)、容许性高碳酸血症通气策略(PHC)治疗。结果21例患者临床哮喘持续状态均先后缓解,并安全脱机拔管。结论把握适应证、正确的通气策略、合理应用镇静剂、尽早脱机拔管是治疗成功的关键。 Objective To study the treatment experince of the mechanical ventilation for critical asthma, Methods To observe the treatment effect of 21 critical asthmas treated with TV, PEEP and PHC, Results 21 patients recovered from status asthmaticus and take away the tube of the life - support machine. Conclusion It is treat- ment linchpin to seize indication, control the ventilation, give reasonable tranquillizers and take away the tube early.
