摘要
分析了流行的金属易拉罐的形状,应用数学建模的思想和方法从节约材料、安全、美观、实用等几个方面对易拉罐的结构进行优化设计,通过建立非线性规划模型,借助L ingo软件求解,获得了可供生产厂商参考使用的最佳设计方案。
The shape of popular tear-off tin was analyzed. The optimal design of the structure of tear- off tin was carried on with the thought and method of mathematical modeling, from the aspects of saving material, safety, beauty, and practicality. The nonlinear programming model was established, and the Lingo software was applied to get solution. The optimal design project can be a reference for manufacturing factory.
