摘要
研究如何通过提取DXF文件信息实现异型玻璃加工中图形定位问题。控制系统通过读取DXF数据信息实现CAD图形再现、定位及模拟加工,提高了玻璃后继加工程序编制便捷性和实际加工精度及效率。论文所研究的内容在实际应用中取得了较好的效果。
It is introduced in this text that realizing the autonomous positioning in the manufacturing process of shaped glass by the means of picking up DXF graphics' information. The control system has achieved reproduction of the CAD graphics, positioning and simulative processing through reading the DXF files. Thus the programming of subsequent procedure is more convenient and the processing accuracy and efficiency is improved. And such technology presented in the text has gained good results in practical application.
