摘要
由环境问题的长期性、复杂性和整体性,提出建立一个全方位、多层次、适合社会各阶层的整体环境教育体系。并论述了整体环境教育的体系和模式,以及实施内容。
Owing to the conditions of environmental problems, such as long-term, complication and entirety, to put forward a whole position, several hierarchies and fit for every social stratum entire environmental education system, and the model and content of practice on entire environmental education system was also discussed.
