摘要
目的:评价经食管床与经胸腔行胃食管吻合术后并发症的发生率。以探讨理想的手术方式。方法:选取1998年至2004年间行手术治疗的286例食管癌患者,148例患者经食管床行胃食管弓上吻合术,138例患者经胸腔(弓前)行胃食管吻合术。对两组患者术后并发症进行归纳、对比。结果:两组病例术后并发症的发生率具有差异性。特别是心肺并发症,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:两种术式相比,经食管床行胃食管吻合术术后并发症显著减少。
Objective To evaluate the effect on complications in different route of gastroesophagealanastomosis after esophagectomy. Methods 286 cases with esophageal carcinoma were divided into two groups. 148 cases were performed while the stomach were pulled on through the esophageal bed after esophagectomy , 138 cases were performed while the stomach were pulled on in the thoracic cavity. To observe the complications of postoperation and get the conclusion. Rosults There were difference between the two groups＇ originating rate of postoperative complications, especially there were significant difference of the cardiopulmonary complications. Conclusion Contrast the two ways, the postoperative complications of gastroesophagectomy through esophageal bed were reduced evidently.
