摘要
目的:探讨磁共振尿路水成像(MRU)对先天性泌尿系疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断价值。方法:对17例患者的MRU及其他影像检查资料进行分析比较。结果:MRU诊断双肾双输尿管畸形6例,输尿管囊肿2例,肾盂输尿管交界处狭窄3例,先天性巨输尿管6例,仅对其中1例伴发的输尿管开口异常未显示。结论:MRU是一种安全有效的无创性影像检查方法,尤其适用于婴幼儿,对先天性泌尿系疾病具有特殊的诊断价值。
Objective To evaluate MR urography（MRU） in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the urinary system congenital diseases. Methods In 17 cases, their MRU and other Imaging examination were studied retrospectively. Results In all of them, duplication of pelvis and ureter 6 cases, ureterocele 2 cases, stricture in ureteropelvise junction 3 cases, congenital megaloureter 6 eases, Conclusion MRU is a safe and noninvasive method for diagnosis the urinary system congenital diseases, especially for infant and young children.
