摘要
采用低熔点合金的熔失模,整体制芯,砂型铸造带有15个叶片、流道型腔复杂的封闭铝合金叶轮。在提高叶轮的流道尺寸精度和表面光洁度方面,取得了显著效果。
Using fusible alloy lose pattern technique for entirety making core, the enclosed cast alumnium alloy impeller with 15 blades and complicated cavity obtained by sand casting. The size accuracy and surface roughness of the flow path of impellers have been remakably improved.
