摘要
介绍了ＶＲＨ法生产线的组成、工艺流程和工艺参数。实践表明，该法生产效率高，铸件表面光洁、尺寸精确、缺陷少、内在质量高；节约大量的原辅材料、旧砂溃散性好、回用率高；改善生产环境和劳动条件。
This essay introduces technological process and parameters of VRH production line. This process results in high production efficency and the castings are featured by smooth surface and accurate dimension, little defects and excellent internal quality. Besides, much raw material is saved, production enviroment and working condition is improved by the application of VRH process.
